Online one-to-one SPM Tasawwur Islam tuition

Your child knows the concepts by name, but examples blur when a question mixes them.

Our online one-to-one SPM Tasawwur Islam tuition gives you an experienced teacher who helps you separate related concepts and support each answer from your curriculum. The first class is a one-hour trial class (from RM50).

Who this tuition helps

Tasawwur Islam students can recall definitions, yet still lose marks in these places.

  • Overlapping concepts. Two ideas share vocabulary, so the answer mixes their features.
  • Scenario questions. The question describes a situation and the student recites a definition instead of applying it.
  • Unsupported answers. A correct statement appears without the textbook evidence that earns the mark.

A teacher in a one-to-one lesson can hear exactly where your explanation slides from one concept into another.

What a lesson looks like: two roles of a human being

This is an original teaching example. The teacher uses your textbook’s own definitions, so the wording below is only a frame.

Question style: “A student helps clean the school surau and also plans the class recycling project. Identify the roles shown.”

The teacher asks the student to define each role before looking at the scenario. The student writes a line for being a servant of Allah (abd) and a line for being a steward on earth (khalifah).

Part of the scenario Role Why
Cleaning the surau for worship Abd An act directed to worship
Planning the recycling project Khalifah Caring for the earth as a steward

The teacher then points out a trap: the cleaning could also show stewardship. The student adds that one act can show both roles, and states which the question emphasises. An answer that names one role with a reason scores better than one that lists both without a link to the scenario.

The habit here is to define first, then apply. Try it with distinguishing related curriculum concepts and developing a supported scenario response.

What online lessons can and cannot do

Lessons suit concept comparison, answer frames, terminology review, reading textbook evidence and exam timing.

Teachers explain the curriculum and do not issue personal rulings, which belong with qualified religious authorities. School-arranged religious activities remain at school.

Is this subject mostly memorisation?

Memory matters, but the marks tend to sit in application. A student who memorises definitions and cannot apply them to a new scenario loses exactly the marks that a teacher can help recover. The lessons therefore mix short recall with applied practice.

How starting works

In your WhatsApp message, give your form and the concepts that get mixed up for you. We assign an experienced teacher and agree the fee with you before the one-hour trial class (from RM50). After the trial you decide whether the teacher is a good fit, and you can ask for another teacher if not.

The trial lesson agenda builder helps you list your confusing pairs. See how our online tuition works for what follows.

Common questions

How does the teacher help me tell similar concepts apart?

By asking you to define each concept in one line, give an example, then test the pair against a new scenario. The teacher stops you where the two ideas merge and fixes that exact point.

Will the teacher answer personal religious questions?

Lessons explain the curriculum for exam purposes. Personal or family matters belong with a qualified religious authority, and the teacher will say so and point you in that direction.

My scenario answers are short. What will change?

You learn a frame: identify the concept in the scenario, state its meaning, link it to the evidence in your textbook, then conclude. Practising the frame on new scenarios lengthens answers with relevant content.

What is the cost after the trial?

The first class is a one-hour trial from RM50. The rate depends on the teacher and is the same hourly rate as that teacher's normal classes, and the fee is agreed before the trial. Lessons are usually about 1.5 hours per class.

Can lessons be in Bahasa Melayu?

Yes. Lessons are in English or BM, depending on the subject, and the teacher explains clearly in whichever suits the student. Terms stay in the language of your paper.

If related concepts run together when a question gives you a scenario, a one-to-one lesson can separate them with examples. Tell us your form and the concepts you mix up. Parents usually arrange the trial.
