This page explains how the site tries to be readable for every student, and how to tell us when something is not working. Reports about errors are the quickest way for free resources to get better.
How is the site built to be readable?
Text is set in a plain, readable size with clear headings, so the page order is easy to follow in a browser’s reader mode. Tables are kept short, and links describe where they lead instead of saying “click here”.
Study tools keep answers on your own device and ask for no account, which also helps if the phone or laptop is shared by the family. The privacy page explains this in more detail.
What can you change on your own side?
Small adjustments often make a page far easier to read:
- Use your browser’s zoom or reader mode to enlarge text.
- Turn on your phone’s dark mode or high-contrast setting.
- Open a page on a larger screen when a table is hard to see.
- Use your device’s read-aloud feature for long explanations.
The online lesson readiness checklist covers screen, sound and lighting for live lessons as well.
How do you report a content problem?
Message us on WhatsApp with the details below. Reports with these four pieces are easy to check.
- The page title or the address of the page.
- The exact sentence, number or step that looks wrong.
- What you think it should say, if you know.
- What device or tool you were using, if the problem is about how a page displays.
What happens after you report?
The page is checked against the working. If the report is right, the page is corrected and the fix is published. Fixing a wrong number in a worked example matters most, because students may already have copied it into their notes.
For how pages are written and verified in the first place, see how we create and review learning resources.
What if a student needs accessible materials?
Students who need larger text, simpler layouts or audio-friendly formats can say so when they enquire. A teacher can adjust pacing, explain diagrams aloud and choose materials that suit the student. Formal exam arrangements are a separate matter, and the school or Lembaga Peperiksaan (lp.moe.gov.my) is the place to confirm them.
