Our tuition works in four steps: a WhatsApp enquiry, an assigned teacher, a one-hour trial from RM50 with the fee agreed first, and lessons arranged with the teacher. Every lesson is online and one-to-one.
Where does the parent fit in?
Parents send the first WhatsApp message, agree the fee before the trial, and decide afterwards whether the teacher is a good fit. Your child does the learning and you stay in charge of the decisions.
If the fit is not right, you can ask for another teacher.
Step 1: Send a WhatsApp enquiry
Tell us the subject, the form and what feels difficult. The WhatsApp enquiry guide shows a short message outline.
Enquiries are WhatsApp only, so the whole conversation stays in one place.
Step 2: We assign an experienced teacher
We assign a teacher who teaches that subject, taking into account the form, the topics and the teaching language. Lessons are in English or Bahasa Melayu, depending on the subject, and subjects examined in Malay, such as Accounting, are taught in BM with English explanations where they help. You do not need to browse or compare teachers.
The rate depends on the teacher, and we tell you before the trial. You book only if you are happy with it. See the fees page for how it works.
Step 3: Take the one-hour trial
The one-hour trial class is a real lesson, from RM50. The teacher works on the student’s actual difficulty, so the student leaves with something they can now do.
The trial lesson agenda builder helps you choose what to bring.
Step 4: Decide, then arrange lessons
After the trial, you decide whether the teacher is a good fit. If yes, lessons are usually about 1.5 hours per class, and you and the teacher agree the schedule. Fees are paid monthly, based on the number of classes that month, and a class can be moved with at least 1 day’s notice. If not, you can ask for another teacher.
What happens after the trial lists the points in a useful order.
What should we prepare?
Bring two or three questions the student got wrong, the relevant exercise book pages, and a pen and paper. Test the device and the connection a little before the start.
The online lesson readiness checklist covers the rest. A student who shares a device can plan the time slot first.
What makes one-to-one different from a class?
The teacher sees the working, not only the final answer. That shows where the student goes wrong, such as a rearranged formula or a missing step in a journal entry.
Online one-to-one tuition versus group tuition compares the two honestly, including when a group class suits the student better. Browse tuition by subject when you are ready to choose.
