A teacher’s introduction and CV are personal information, so this page says plainly how they are used. It follows the principles of Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010, written in everyday words.
What we collect and why
What you send on WhatsApp is what we hold: your message, your CV and anything you add. Our team reads it to consider your subjects, forms and experience against the teaching we arrange.
It is used for that purpose. It is not posted on this website, and it is not used for advertising.
What to include and what to leave out
Your first message works best when it is short and focused on teaching.
- Include: your name, subjects, forms taught, years of experience and a short teaching summary.
- Include: your qualification title and the kind of places you taught, such as a school or tuition centre.
- Leave out: identity card number, home address, bank details, photos of documents and family information.
If a later step needs more, we will ask for that item and say why. Sending less at the start keeps your exposure small.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct something in your CV, to stop using it, or to remove it. Message us on the same WhatsApp conversation and say what you want.
You can also withdraw your introduction at any point before or after we reply.
How this connects to the rest of the site
Student and parent enquiries are handled separately, and the privacy and use of study tools page explains how the learning tools treat data on the device. For teacher steps, see how to apply and preparing your teaching introduction and CV, or return to the Join our team page.
