Online one-to-one SPM Multimedia Kreatif tuition

Your child has a story and the tools, but justifying media choices in writing is tough.

Find your child's Creative Multimedia teacher9,000+ students helped through our service

Our online one-to-one SPM Multimedia Kreatif tuition gives each student an experienced teacher assigned to them, with lessons that critique narrative and media choices and help document how a concept changed. The first class is a one-hour trial from RM50, and more than 9,000 students have been helped through our service.

Who Multimedia Kreatif tuition helps most

Students in this subject are comfortable with screens, but the written and analytical tasks ask for more than skill.

  • Stories without a clear point. The piece has images and sound, but the message is not stated.
  • Media chosen for effect alone. An animation or filter is used because it looks good, with no reason tied to the audience.
  • Development not recorded. The final concept is shown, but the change from the first idea and the reason for it are missing.

A one-to-one teacher asks what the viewer should understand at each moment, and that question shapes the rest of the lesson. The lesson on explaining narrative and media choices in an original storyboard practises it.

What a lesson looks like: critiquing a six-panel storyboard

Take this example. The storyboard is invented.

Storyboard (invented): a 30-second message about closing the tap while brushing teeth. Six panels: a child brushing, water running, a close-up of the tap, a counter of full buckets, the child closing the tap, a closing line of text.

The teacher asks what each panel gives the viewer, and which media choice carries it.

Panel Media choice Purpose
2 Sound of running water, no music Makes the waste noticeable
3 Close-up of the tap Directs attention to the action
4 Animated buckets filling Turns an invisible amount into something countable
6 Short text, plain font Leaves the message memorable and readable

The student then writes one justified sentence per choice. For example: the animated buckets turn the water lost into a picture the audience can count, which supports the message that small habits matter.

Next comes documentation. If an earlier version used fast music throughout, the student notes why it was removed: the music covered the water sound that panel 2 relied on. Recording what changed and why is the skill the lesson on documenting a change between two multimedia concepts builds.

What one-to-one lessons can and cannot do

Lessons can build narrative thinking, media reasoning and written documentation, and give feedback on a storyboard or notes the student shares.

Production in school labs, use of school equipment and all assessed work remain at school. A teacher cannot build or edit the student’s project.

How starting works

In your WhatsApp message, give your form and the project you are working on, such as a storyboard or a concept change you need to explain. We arrange a one-hour trial class (from RM50) with an experienced teacher, and the fee is agreed before it starts.

Common questions

Can Multimedia Kreatif be taught online?

The planning and critique can: developing a narrative, choosing media, reading a storyboard and documenting changes between versions. Production in school labs and assessed work stay at school, where equipment and conditions are provided.

Will the teacher give me a story idea?

The teacher asks questions that help you develop your own idea. The concept and every creative decision belong to the student, and lessons use invented examples so your project stays yours.

Do I need to share my files?

No. You can describe your work, describe a storyboard sketch or read your notes aloud. The teacher responds to your reasoning, not to a particular software file.

How much does it cost?

The first class is a one-hour trial from RM50, and the rate depends on the teacher. The fee is agreed before the trial, and you book only if you are happy with it. Lessons are usually about 1.5 hours a class.

If you can make the piece but struggle to explain why each media choice serves the story, a one-to-one lesson can practise that. Tell us the form and the project you are on. Parents usually arrange the trial.
