Enquiries about SPM tuition go through WhatsApp. A good first message names the subject, the form and what feels difficult, and we reply with a few short questions before arranging the one-hour trial class.
What should the first message say?
Four details are enough. Write them in your own words, in English or Bahasa Melayu.
- The subject. For example Additional Mathematics, Sejarah (History) or Prinsip Perakaunan (Principles of Accounting).
- The form. Form 4, Form 5 or a private candidate.
- What is happening. One sentence, such as “marks dropped in the trial exam” or “I cannot start multi-step questions”.
- Practical details. Preferred teaching language and the days that work for lessons.
You can leave out anything you do not know. We ask for the rest.
What happens after you send it?
We reply with a few questions about the subject, the form and timing. We then assign an experienced teacher for that subject and arrange the one-hour trial class (from RM50).
The fee is agreed before the trial. After it, you decide whether the teacher is a good fit and can ask for another teacher if not; the schedule and lesson focus are agreed with the teacher. What to discuss after the trial lists the points.
How do I prepare for the trial?
Choose two or three questions the student got wrong recently and keep them ready. The trial lesson agenda builder helps you turn those questions into a plan for the hour.
The online lesson readiness checklist covers the device, the space and the materials. If the student shares a device at home, see online lesson readiness for a shared household device.
Who can send the enquiry?
A parent, a guardian, an older sibling or the student can all start the conversation. Private candidates and adult returners are welcome to write as well.
When a student writes alone, a line that a parent or guardian knows about the request saves a step later.
