Students across Kelantan can take online one-to-one SPM lessons with an experienced teacher assigned for their subject. The one-hour trial class (from RM50) is a real taught lesson.
How does the Kelantan school week shape lesson times?
Kelantan keeps a Friday and Saturday weekend, so school runs Sunday to Thursday. The free slots for a student are Thursday evening, Friday morning and Saturday, while Sunday evening is a school night.
Tell us your school days when you enquire. A timetable written for a Saturday and Sunday weekend puts the free days in the wrong place.
What does the year-end monsoon change?
The north-east monsoon brings heavy rain towards the end of the year, and some low-lying parts of Kelantan are prone to flooding. A week that loses school days also loses study time, and that matters in the months before SPM.
A weekly lesson cannot stop the rain. What it can do is give the student a fixed point in the week, and you can agree with the teacher how a missed lesson is caught up.
A worked example of catch-up planning
Picture this example. A Form 5 student in Kelantan has a weekly Mathematics lesson on Friday morning.
- In a normal week, Friday morning is the lesson.
- In a disrupted week, Saturday morning is the agreed fallback.
- The student keeps a short list of questions that went wrong, to bring to the next lesson.
The list turns a lost week into a short, targeted lesson instead of a full restart.
Which subjects do Kelantan families think about first?
Kelantan has a strong tradition of religious schooling, so some families look at Pendidikan Islam or Arabic alongside core subjects. Others start with Mathematics.
Choose one subject for the trial and let the student and teacher agree what follows. For the main town, see Kota Bharu, and use the local study-access planner to check your setup.
